About Us

Upset Concrete Inc. (UCI) is a Woman Owned, Small, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Subcontractor

specializing in the construction of large and small public and governmental projects since 1992.

Since our founding, we have grown to take on highway, drainage, and canal projects, focusing on all

types of concrete placement from flatwork, portland cement concrete paving, concrete structures, canal

lining, highway barrier and more.

Along the way, we have built strong relationships with Prime Contractors and Owners. These

relationships, coupled with our strong field performance and experience, allows us to

pursue and complete technically challenging contracts on a project-by-project basis.

We have the specialized, advanced equipment and forms to meet any challenge in our scope of work.

The nature of our business requires us to acquire, maintain and update a wide variety of complex and

specialized equipment. UCI ensures its Project Teams have the correct tools for each job, often

partnering with specialized manufacturers to create one-of-a-kind machines for heavy use.
